Handicap Spot Landing Contest

The contest is to see who can land closest to a marked spot in the centre of a basketball court.
It is a test of flying skill, not construction, this year.

Rules:
1) A single model must be used throughout the competition without modification. Repairs are allowed.
2) Any type of conventional fixed wing, horizontal progression, conventional cambered airfoil lift generating model aircraft is eligible - NO quads, helicopters, hybrids with  vertical thrust, balloons, blimps, dirigibles, ornithopters, parachute equipped or Quiddich broomsticks (magical or not).
3) Any power source eligible in IndoorAviation may be used: rubber, electric or glider
4) The aircraft must be launched at least 10m from the target spot.
5) The aircraft must lift at least 1m above launch height before the eligible flight commences. Radio controlled models must ROG. Landing must be at a proper glide angle - no kamikaze approaches.
6) The distance from the marked spot to the nearest point of the aircraft when it comes to rest will be measured and multiplied by a handicap factor. "Rest" means the aircraft is stationary and does not move subsequent to the pilot declaring the flight is over.
7) The best of 3 attempts will be taken as the entry. All 3 attempts must be completed within a continuous 5 minute period, otherwise only those completed within that time will be counted.
8) The closest part of the model to the spot after the model has stopped moving will be the point of measurement BUT any propellor movement after the model touches down will disqualify the attempt (rubber power is exempt from this rule).
8) The shortest adjusted distance will be adjudged the winner, followed by the next shortest for second place and so on....
9) Handicap factors are as follows:
    1: Rubber powered FF aircraft = x0.2
2: Other uncontrolled aircraft (eg gliders)  = x0.3
3: Sub 25g total flying weight RC types (Vapor and others) = x2.0
4: Differential thrust twin motor RC aircraft with no other controls = x1.5
    5: All others = x1.0
